空壓機的停用在各個單位都常有發生。那(nà)麼在初次開機前空壓機停放時間超過三個(gè)月或空壓機停用時(shí)間(jiān)超過三個月，再次開機前需要采取有效措施，bi須先請專業空壓(yā)機人員對機器(qì)進行(háng)保養檢測，制定安全(quán)措施(shī)，避免開機後發生不良狀況。

1、先檢查電路狀态(tài)，是否正常供(gòng)電，電壓是(shì)否(fǒu)穩定；測量電動(dòng)機(jī)絕(jué)緣電阻，數值大于1MΩ。

1. Check the state of the circuit first, whether the power supply is normal, whether the voltage is stable; Measure the insulation resistance of the motor, the value is greater than 1M.



2、檢查空壓(yā)機配件上是否含有積(jī)水，灰塵，及時清理。

5、更換三濾和潤(rùn)滑油。因為在長期不用的情況下，三濾(lǜ)，油可能發生(shēng)老化(huà)現象，從而造成空壓機開機(jī)運行(háng)時間(jiān)不長即結膠積碳或堵塞，油路不(bú)暢使空壓機主機或其他零部件損壞。

5. Replace three filters and lubricants. Because in the case of long-term non-use, three filters may cause oil aging phenomenon, which causes the air compressor start-up time is not long, that is, cementing carbon deposit or blockage, oil circuit is not smooth, so that air compressor main engine or other parts are damaged.



6、專業人員試(shì)機，電路改造後人工控制加載卸載，先空載運行(háng)10分鐘以上，檢測各項指标和震動、噪音等正常，再進行(háng)加載，查看各部件運行正常即可。
