開山空氣壓縮機變(biàn)頻器的節(jiē)能原理

1、使用變頻(pín)器後,空(kōng)氣壓縮機的壓力設(shè)定可以是(shì)一點,即可以(yǐ)将(jiāng)滿足生産(chǎn)設備(bèi)要求的最低壓力作(zuò)為設定壓(yā)力,變頻器将根(gēn)據管網壓力上(shàng)下波動的趨勢(shì),通過(guò)調(diào)節空壓(yā)機轉速,消(xiāo)除了(le)空壓(yā)機的卸載(zǎi)運行,節(jiē)約了電能。

4、有(yǒu)些調(diào)節方式在需求(qiú)量較小的(de)情況(kuàng)下,也(yě)不能(néng)降低(dī)電動(dòng)機的運行功率。采用了變(biàn)頻調速後,當(dāng)需(xū)求量較小的情(qíng)況下,可降(jiàng)低電動機的(de)轉(zhuǎn)速,減(jiǎn)小電(diàn)動機的運(yùn)行功(gōng)率,從而進(jìn)一步實現(xiàn)節能。
